I did something really bad to my shoulders or neck or something. I have been having such terrible spasms I can barely move. I took some ibuprofen & tylenol but I think I'm going to have to take the ultracet now that the girls are home. I'm not sure what I did. I was playing with Tomas on the floor but not strenuously. I remember feeling like my shoulders were beginning to spaz out a little and I figured I'd take it easy. But then when I was feeding T, it felt like something was tearing in my back. It hurt right down to my wrists and took my breath away. The pain meds have helped a little bit but boy! this is really bad! I got out the massager and was running it over my neck and shoulders and across my back. In a way it felt good but when it was on my neck I had a sudden jolt and thought I would pass out. Grrr...maybe I'll need to go to the doctor!
