Baby Face

He just has such the cutest little baby face! I hold him on my lap with him facing away from me because he loves to rock back. I can't support him for long with my arms and that's why it's easier for me if he falls back against my tummy. Lately, though, Little T has begun to look around and into my face. It's so adorable. It's like he's checking to make sure I'm still there or still nana. I remember when babies develop, once someone is out of sight it's like they don't exist anymore. Anyway, when Tomas realizes that it's still me his eyes twinkle, he smiles and he starts to stick his tongue out at me. He remembers me as the tongue sticker-outer and that is just so cool!

Now that chocolate is banned from the house, we chocoholics in withdrawal have to have something else to do at the dessert hour. So today we went around the block. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it! By the time we got down the block, I was huffing. I am in sad physical shape.

Linda was out of breath too but still able to push the baby's stroller.

Billy was rollerblading for the first time in a long while and he took frequent rest breaks.

The only one who seemed unphased was Kristin, leaving us all behind in her scooter's smoke!

So Billy drove to the library and the shopping center this afternoon. TB came along for the ride because he needed to pick up a reserved book from the library. I think his presence made Billy feel especially nervous: he went right by the library and then when he came out of the Acme, he "lost" the car in the parking lot. Some of his movements are very jerky and it's like the car lurches a little. He also needs to practice driving in the middle of his lane. He is doing okay, just still needs more practice.

Blogger Seeds:

What's a favorite book you recently read?

I have many many favorites and so it?s hard to choose one. I?m always looking for good books to read and I?ve discovered another series I want to read. I?ve always been fascinated by the King Arthur stories. When I was browsing at the library recently, I found the first book in The Pendragan Cycle called Taliesin. It?s written by Stephen Lawhead and it?s not been recently published. In a way, that?s a good thing because all the books are there for me to read. It?s not like having to wait for the next in the series as I?m doing with George R. R. Martin?s Song of Ice and Fire series. Check it out! It?s good!

WHAT NO CHOCOLATE!!! are you tring to kill Linda? That is her life support. I on the other hand can do without chocolate unless it is brownies. I like the salty stuff. Good luck I hope that it work for you guys. I think that my Dad was probabally more nervous than billy. He didn't get to teach us how to drive. I learned from a good friend at church and then I taught Linda. Well have a great day.
Love ya
