Chicken Sour cream Enchiladas

This is the most filling dish I have ever had.
It is also great to use left over chicken.


3 Chicken breast Cubed
2 pints sour cream
2 bags shredded Monterey jack and cheddar cheese
2 jars salsa
1 can black olives
2 packages flour tortillas

Take 1 container of sour cream, chicken, salsa, and a package of cheese and mix all in a bowl.
Place 2 heaping tablespoons of mixture in tortillas and roll
Place in greased baking dish.
bake at 350 for 25 minutes. take out of oven and place remaining cheese and place back in oven until the cheese has melted.
After you take it out of the oven place remainder sour cream and salsa on top. Slice black olives and place on top. Serve immediately.
