How much is gas where you live?

I got that question from QOTD (question of the day. But I'm curious ... how much are you paying for gas these days? And what brand of gas do you buy? I just filled up for $1.85 at a Patriot station.

Long Time No Been Here

I have been moping around in all my misery and realized I hadn't come to check out this blog in a loooooong loooooong time! I'm glad I did cuz I got to see a new pic of Nikolas and Michelle's new car.

I've been feeling frustrated with my uncooperative body. I am having some more Xrays tomorrow of my neck. There is a fracture there that is probably old and probably stable but the dr wants to make sure before he prescribes PT. I just want to feel like I did 2 years ago. Well, enough of that.

Who is ready for spring? Me, me, I am, I am! Anyone seen daffodils yet?

Our New Hot Rod

MVC-010S.JPG
David and I have always wanted a Hot rod to bring to car shows and we bought one. It is a nice car and I wanted to show it off. It is great that we will have something to do as a family. The boys are totally excited about it.

It's my Birthday!

I can't believe that I am 29 already. I am almost over the hill. It was a nice day though. I made my cake and we went to my mother in laws for dinner. It is nice to have some kind of family around to celebrate with even though I am too old for a party. Every year David would throw me a party and my friends would all come over, but since we are in TN it is too far for them all to travel. The one thing that I miss the most is my Birthday cake that he gets me. It is a brown derby cake from mastoris restaurant in Bordentown NJ. He called a bakery around here and the didn't know what that was. What a sinful cake. It has Bananas and strawberries and peaches and whipped cream in it. Just looking at it you can gain 10 pounds. My sister in law said that my cake was good and that she hadn't had a cake that good in years. She has been in Japan for 6 years. It was nice that my Dad and Cassie called and sang to me and they sent me a great card. Linda Sang to me and I got to hear Tomas in the background. That made my day even more special.
