Off to Dolly wood splash country

Well it is going to be a big day tomorrow. It is Sevier county week at Dolly wood splash country and that means we get in free. David told the kids that we would go and that is all they have been talking about all week. Taylor especially. The weather is going to be great in the high 70's. I am glad because I don't take the heat very well. I really hate to go to amusement parks, but it is for the kids. As long as I don't have to do allot of walking We'll be OK. It isn't a really big place either. We have to go to Walmart on the way and buy Taylor a bathing suit cause I can't find the top to her suit from last year. That is what I hate about 2 pieces. My gram said to make sure that I drink plenty of water and rest when needed. Well water is all I drink lately. I have completely given up soda and sweet stuff. I only drink Tea when we go out. So I'll be fine. The drinks there are cheap too. When we went to dolly wood we bought a big cup and you can fill it up for 1.00. I want to take a cooler but you can't bring food into the park. It is too much of a hassle with the kids to go out of the park to eat. I'll keep y'all posted on our day.

In the mean time I went to the doctor today and the baby is great. I told him that it couldn't go fast enough for me. He said that he is looking to induce me on or around the 10th of September. Wow! that's great. I said to David on the way home, Why does it seem like time has come to a stop? He said because I want it to be done and over with. Then when we got home I looked at the calendar and it is only 3 and 1/2 weeks away. Holy Cow!!!! That is soon. Before we know it I'll be holding my baby boy in my arms. I can't wait to see what he looks like. I wonder if he'll have red hair like Ryan. I have had dreams about what he looked like and he was so cute. Out of all of my children Taylor came out the cutest. Except for her feet. My Dad used to say that she could swing from trees with them things. They were are still are big. (She takes after Pop-Pop)just kidding!!!!
No matter what he looks like We'll love him and as long as he is healthy thats all that matters.

Hi Shell, I remember those days of going to the park with small kids on a hot day! :41: Sounds like there are water rides at Dollywood? If there's a wading pool or something like that you can go in with Taylor and cool off :D That's what I did the summer I was pregnant with Kristin, stood under a shower-fall while the kids played. :46: Have fun :)

Have fun, Michele! Let us know how it is - we have the opportunity to go for homeschoolers day and we've been wondering if it's worth the trip from Pittsburgh... ??
