Bill Waterson captured the true spirit of my childhood when he created Calvin and Hobbes. Calvin and I grew up with a wonderful imagination, and a very mischevious nature. We got into all sorts of trouble exploring our childhood. The secret they say to staying young is to have a childlike spirit, I like to think I still have a bit of Calvin left in me. I hope I'll never out grow him.
I started blogging after talking to my sweetie about journaling. Cassie told me that it was a great way to express yourself, learn more about yourself and develop some writing skills. I also enjoyed reading other peoples blogs. I searched around for different software to be able to easily publish The Man's Side of it!. I finally decided to try Movable Type. I love this program, it is easy to modify, publish and edit weblogs. I have two other blogs,
Tinnocking and
A View Through the Lens I also created a blog for
Cassie and another one for
family and friends.
I also host a recipe blog called
