Thanks for sharing these! Our minds were made up long before the primaries were even over, and we have been praying so hard about the outcome of this election... but it all has seemed so discouraging lately, I just did not not have a good feeling about ANYTHING when I woke up this morning. But I had an experience at our little local market this morning - not really election related - but it was just one of those beautiful moments where God really spoke to my heart and gave me such a peace about His ways and His people... it was just a "tiny little detail" in the grand scheme of things, but it gave me this amazing surge of hope and faith, it really stopped me cold with all the things I already knew: that God is real, and the Bible is true, and no matter what happens in this election, God will not forsake HIS people. If He is even the "God of the details" of MY little life, then surely the magnitude of this election has not escaped His eye. No matter who "the people" elect, God is sovereign and He will make a way for His will to be done, and for His people to be cared for. I don't know what will happen to our country - I think we are going to have to pay the price for an unGodly choice if that's how it goes, because I don't think that God will just blindly continue to bless a nation that turns its back on Him, the Bible says otherwise... but our family knows that we are seeking His heart in our decisions, and we will be ok. Obviously you guys are, too. Hold on to that, as we are...

Stumble It!
