The man's side of it!

I recently received my new Visa Platinum Debit Card still wondering if my identity was stolen (so far so good, fingers crossed, hands clasped together in prayer!) When I came upon an entry in one of the blogs I read on a regular basis, Adam Kalsey It appears that he and another commenter on his blog have had a similar experience. My thought is that maybe, as we have read recently in the news (SNAP! I can't find the link) that some hacker has hacked into the banks computers and stolen some credit card numbers, and the bank wants to keep it quiet so their customers don't lose faith in the security of their financial institutions. Personally I would rather know the truth and know that the bank fixed the security leak and is continuing to protect my assets.
Has anyone had a similiar experience?
