The man's side of it!

I fixed it! Sometimes you just gotta get away from the infernal machine for a while to figure things out. When I upgraded to MT 3.2, MT created backups of my indexes and loaded the default indexes. Which totally screwed up the layout of my blog. I deleted the new indexes and reinstalled the old ones but forgot to have the indexes set to rebuild when I make an entry. Oops!
