Frankenstein
I just finished Frankenstein The Prodigal Son by Dean Koontz and Kevin J. Anderson. What a great book! Dean Koontz is my favorite author in this genre.
Basically the book starts out in the present with a mystery man in Tibet. He receives a cryptic message and then travels to New Orleans. In New Orleans there is a serial killer on the loose and the two detectives, Carson and Michael are put in charge of the case. I don't want to reveal any of the plot so I'll just say that Dean and Kevin's tale builds on Mary Shelly's Frankenstein a bold new legend.
I can't wait to read book two.
