What a great recipe!

My daughter posted a wonderful recipe on our Recipe Blog It is called Easy Enchalada pie. I made it for dinner tonight, Awesome! I posted this under the dieting category, but there is nothing diet about this recipe. Just loaded with all my favorite comfort foods. YUMMY!
